About the Norden Cutter
Originally built around 1930 by local shipbuilders, these boats find their origins in the small towns of Denmark. Primarily for fishing, they were a big improvement on boats that came before it. Due to its round design, it had a speed limit of approximately 6 knots.
Considered to be a stable and seaworthy fishing vessel, the Norden Cutter was a formidable yet humble fishing boat that granted big hauls to the fishermen who sailed them.
