My ship arrived today and I just wanted to send you a brief e-mail to let you both know how pleased I am with the quality and the professional way it was packed to assure it would arrive safely. I know if you check my original order forms you will see that they date back as far as October 19, 2006 and I want you to know that it was well worth the wait and I would do it all over again if you would assure me the very same master model maker would build my next order as well. You both should be very proud of the individuals who work for you behind the scenes where the models are assembled. I am currently building my own new home and I plan to display my new model in a very prominent location and I will be send you photographs so you can see just how proud I am of your workmanship.

I look forward to placing my order for the Mashallah very soon. I promise to stay in touch.

After a Dutch company told me they were no longer taking orders, a Chinese company did not respond and an American one did not offer the desired finish, I ended up at Premier Ship Models in January 2024. I opted for a premium finish from 6-8 months for the build of a 1990 Hinkley Sou'wester. With nothing more than a top view and a side view and a lot of photos they got to work. 9 times I got an update with photos to assess the progress and make comments. I happily made a photo album of this. I asked for quite a few corrections, which were all carried out. The only downside was a huge underestimation of the shipping costs. But the ship was very well packed and delivered in September. The sailing ship had suffered a bit on the journey, but I was able to repair that easily, except for the downhaul - it was too simple and would break off again immediately. I left that out (it would still be nice to receive a "real life" version). The correspondence was very good, my sincere thanks to the team for the great job!

The first time I used Premier Ship Models was for a kit of the Batavia, this year. (2024). I was so happy with the service that when I was looking at getting the 'ghost ship' The Flying Dutchman, I checked around online and was extremely pleased to find they had it. Not only that but they were cheaper than other model ship kit suppliers I have used in the past. And again, on top of that it only took 8 days to get from placing the order in the UK to having FedEx deliver it on my doorstep in Western Australia. To put that into perspective, I am still awaiting delivery via Australia Post for some parts from Sydney NSW, three separate orders placed 15 days ago.... Extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Premier Ship Models did a great job of finding the kit I was after, an Aeronaut Pilot boat. Once found, it shipped quickly, but was held up in customs. Premier reached out to me and customs, and I received the kit a few days later. Premier is now one of my go-tos for European and Asian rc ship models.

Best place for your model needs without a doubt. I had a little trouble with an order (not Premier's fault) and I couldn't have asked for better support. Whenever I needed an answer or had a question the people at Premier responded usually within 24 hrs. They never left me waiting for an answer. Best business I have seen for customer service.
